Milestone Payments. Zai shall notify NVCR in writing of the achievement by or on behalf of Zai, its Affiliates or sublicensees of any milestone event set forth in this [Section 9.2] promptly after the occurrence thereof, and Zai shall pay NVCR each non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payment set forth in the tables below within ​ calendar days of the achievement of such milestone event by or on behalf of Zai, its Affiliates or sublicensees.

As additional consideration for the License, Licensee will pay Penn the milestone payments (each, a “Development Milestone Payment” or a “Sales Milestone Payment” as applicable and any Development Milestone Payment or Sales Milestone Payment, a “Milestone Payment”) provided in Exhibit C attached hereto upon each Product to achieve the corresponding milestone (each, a “Development Milestone” or a “Sales Milestone”, as applicable and any Development Milestone or Sales Milestone, a “Milestone”), whether achieved by Licensee or an Affiliate or Sublicensee. Licensee shall promptly notify Penn in writing of the achievement of any such Milestone and Licensee shall pay Penn in full the corresponding Milestone Payment within ​ of such achievement. For clarity, each Milestone Payment is ​.

Milestone Payments. As additional consideration for the license granted to [[AntriaBio:Organization]] under this Agreement, [[AntriaBio:Organization]] shall pay XOMA the following milestone payments upon the first occurrence of each milestone event set forth below:

Milestone Payments. Within ​ of the receipt, by Licensee, of the approval of an NDA from the United States Food and Drug Administration (the "FDA"), or an equivalent approval from any other Regulatory Authority authorized to issue such approvals in markets other than the United States, for the first Licensed Product, Licensee shall make a one-time payment of ​ to UABRF.

Milestone Payments. Zai shall notify NVCR in writing of the achievement by or on behalf of Zai, its Affiliates or sublicensees of any milestone event set forth in this [Section 9.2] promptly after the occurrence thereof, and Zai shall pay NVCR each non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payment set forth in the tables below within ​ calendar days of the achievement of such milestone event by or on behalf of Zai, its Affiliates or sublicensees.

INNOCOLL shall pay [[DURECT:Organization]] the corresponding amount following the occurrence of each milestone event set forth on subsections a), b) and c) below (each, a “Milestone Event”).

Milestone Payments. For each Product, Bluebird shall pay to SIRION, in accordance with [Section 4.2.2], the following one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payments following the achievement of the corresponding milestone by or on behalf of Bluebird, its Affiliates or any sublicensees as set forth in this [Section 4.2].

Licensee shall pay to Acorda, by wire transfer to an account designated by Acorda, the applicable non-refundable, non-creditable, one-time milestone payment listed below within thirty (30) days after the achievement of each milestone event by the Licensed Product:

Milestone Payments. In addition to the payments set forth in Sections 4.1 and 4.2, Licensee shall make milestone payments to Juniper within ​ of the achievement of the milestone events set forth in the table below by Licensee, its Affiliates, or its Sublicensees. Milestone payments are due only once on a Product-by-Product or Process-by-Process basis.

In the table within [Section 9.2] (Development Event Payments), the following changes will be made:
