Milestone Events. Subject to the remainder of this Section 9.2, Ji Xing shall pay to [[Cytokinetics:Organization]] the following one-time, non-refundable and non-creditable Development milestone payments set forth in the table below upon the first achievement of the corresponding milestone event:

Milestone Events. On a Product-by-Product basis, iTeos shall report in writing to [[Adimab:Organization]] the achievement by iTeos or any Licensee or any of their respective Affiliates of each event (each, a “Milestone Event”) and pay the corresponding milestone payment (each, a “Milestone Payment”) to [[Adimab:Organization]], each within ​ after the achievement of the corresponding Milestone Event in the following tables:

Milestone Events. Subject to the remainder of this [Section 9.3], Ji Xing shall pay to [[Cytokinetics:Organization]] the following one-time, non-refundable and non-creditable sales milestone payments set forth in the table below when the aggregated Net Sales of all Products sold in the Territory in a Calendar Year first reach the corresponding threshold value indicated below.

Sales Milestone Events. Subject to the remainder of this [Section 8.6], Neurocrine shall pay to Xenon the sales milestone payments set forth in the table below when the aggregate annual Net Sales of any Product sold in the Territory in a calendar year first reach the corresponding threshold value indicated below.

Milestone Events. Subject to the remainder of this Section 9.3, Ji Xing shall pay to [[Cytokinetics:Organization]] the following one-time, non-refundable and non-creditable sales milestone payments set forth in the table below when the aggregated Net Sales of all Products sold in the Territory in a Calendar Year first reach the corresponding threshold value indicated below.

Milestone Events. Subject to the remainder of this [Section 8.5], Neurocrine shall pay to Xenon the Development milestone payments set forth in the table below upon the first achievement of the corresponding milestone event.

Milestone Events. On a Product-by-Product basis, [[Alector:Organization]] will report in writing to [[Adimab:Organization]] the achievement of each event (each, a “Milestone Event”) and pay the corresponding per Product milestone payment (each, a “Milestone Payment”) to [[Adimab:Organization]], each within ​ after the achievement of the corresponding Milestone Event by such Product as described in the following table, subject to adjustments under [Section 4.4(c)] (Milestone Payments for Multispecific Products) and [Section 4.4(d)] (Milestone Payments for Optimized [[Alector:Organization]] Products) and the limitation in total payments under [Section 4.4(f)] (Total Target Milestone Payment Limitation):

Milestone events marked as *1 shall be referred to as “Earlier Milestone Events” and milestone events marked as *2 shall be referred to as “Later Milestone Events”.

Milestone Events. In the event Borrower fails to achieve any of the events set forthon Exhibit B (each, a “Milestone Event”) by the applicable milestone deadline also set forth on Exhibit B (each, a “Milestone Deadline”), then for each such failure, the outstanding balance of this Note shall increase by an amount equal to the aggregate outstanding balances of # the First Forbearance Note (as defined in the A&R LOC Agreement), # this Note, and # the Third Forbearance Note (as defined in the A&R LOC Agreement), immediately prior to such failure multiplied by one percent (1.0%) and shall be fully earned as of the date of each such failure.
