Meetings. The JSC shall hold meetings at such times as it elects to do so, but shall meet no less frequently than ​ per Calendar Year, in a manner and at a location as agreed upon by the Parties. The JPC will meet at least once per Calendar Quarter (or more or less frequently as the Parties may otherwise mutually agree), with the location for such meetings to be determined by the JPC.
