“Stated Amount” means at any time the maximum amount for which a Letter of Credit may be honored.
“Stated Amount” of each Letter of Credit means the maximum amount available to be drawn thereunder (regardless of whether any conditions or other requirements for drawing could then be met).
“Stated Amount” means, with respect to any Letter of Credit at any date of determination, (a) the maximum aggregate amount available for drawing thereunder under any and all circumstances plus (b) the aggregate amount of all unreimbursed payments and disbursements under such Letter of Credit.
