Contracts. Except as the context otherwise requires (including to the extent otherwise expressly provided herein), references to any contract, agreement, instrument or other document, including this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall be deemed to include any and all amendments, supplements or modifications thereto or restatements or substitutions thereof, in each case which are in effect from time to time, but only to the extent such amendments, supplements, modifications, restatements or substitutions are not prohibited by the terms of any Loan Document.

Contracts. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, references to agreements and other contractual instruments shall be deemed to include all subsequent amendments and other modifications thereto, but only to the extent such amendments and other modifications are not prohibited by the terms of any Loan Document.

Definitions contained in this Agreement which identify documents, including, but not limited to, the Loan Documents, shall be deemed to include all amendments and supplements to such documents from the date hereof, and all future amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto entered into from time to time to satisfy the requirements of this Agreement or otherwise with the consent of Lender. Reference to this Agreement contained in any of the foregoing documents shall be deemed to include all amendments and supplements to this Agreement.
