Material Litigation. Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, investigations, litigation and proceedings before any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, affecting any Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries of the type described in [Section 4.01(f)], and promptly after the occurrence

Material Litigation. Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, investigations, litigation and proceedings before any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, affecting any Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries of the type described in [Section 4.01(f)], and promptly after the occurrence thereof, notice of any adverse change in the status or the financial effect on any Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries of the Material Litigation from that described on [Schedule 4.01(f)] hereto.

Notice of Litigation Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, suits, arbitration and any other proceedings before any Governmental Authority, affecting Borrower or any Subsidiary which, if determined adversely to Borrower or any Subsidiary, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect

Notice of Litigation. Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, suits, and proceedings before any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency, or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, affecting Borrower, which, if determined adversely to Borrower, could have a material adverse effect on the financial condition, properties, or operations of Borrower.

Litigation. Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, suits, proceedings or investigations before or by any Official Body or any other Person against any Loan Party or Subsidiary of any Loan Party which involve a claim or series of related claims in excess of $2,500,000, or which would reasonably be expected to constitute a Material Adverse Change.
