Any payment to be made by one Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall be payable in Dollars and shall be paid by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the bank account designated by the payee Party. Methods of Payments. All payments due from one Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall be paid in Dollars by wire transfer to a bank in the United States designated in writing by the payee.

Payment Method. All payments to be made between the Parties under this Agreement will be made in Dollars and may be paid by wire transfer in immediately available funds to a bank account designated by the receiving Party.

Method of Payment. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or agreed by the Parties, all payments due by one Party under this Agreement shall be paid in U.S. Dollars by wire transfer or electronic funds transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the receiving Party.

Payment Instruction. All payments to be made by a Party hereunder shall be made in Dollars by wire transfer to the bank account as shall be designated by the Party receiving the payment.
