Management Summary / Occupancy Reports. Within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter, commencing with the calendar quarter ending March 31, 2020, a management summary and occupancy report for the Property for the calendar quarter then ended, each certified by Borrower as being true and correct in all material respects and in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent.

Management Reports. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in [subsections (a) and (b)])] above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the Companies.

Management Reports. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, concurrently with the delivery of the quarterly and annual financial statements set forth in [subsections (a) and (b)])] above, a copy of any management report, letter or similar writing furnished to the Companies by the accountants in respect of the systems, operations, financial condition or properties of the Companies.

. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to Borrower by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of Borrower, including copies of all third party loan reviews.

Annual Management Reports. Upon request from Landlord (but not more than twice per calendar year), Tenant shall provide Landlord with such commercially reasonable requested information in connection with the maintenance of the Building and the Premises.

Audit Reports; Management Letters; Recommendations. Promptly after any request by the Administrative Agent, copies of any detailed audit reports, management letters or recommendations submitted to the board of directors (or the audit committee of the board of directors) of any Loan Party by independent accountants in connection with the accounts or books of any Loan Party or any of its Material Subsidiaries, or any audit of any of them.
