Maintenance of Records. I agree to keep and maintain adequate, current, accurate, and authentic written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, electronic files, reports, or any other format that may be specified by the Company. Employee agrees to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Creations made by him or her, in the form of notes, sketches, drawings and other notations which may be specified by Insight, which records shall be available to and remain the sole property of an Insight Company or Companies at all times.

Consultant agrees to keep and maintain adequate, current, accurate, and authentic written records of all Inventions made by Consultant (solely or jointly with others) during the term of this Agreement, and for a period of three (3) years thereafter. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, electronic files, reports, or any other format that is customary in the industry and/or otherwise specified by the Company. Such records are and remain the sole property of the Company at all times and upon Company’s request, Consultant shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) the same.

Maintenance of Records. During the term of this Agreement and until the expiration of five (5) years after the furnishing of the Services pursuant to this Agreement, Consultant shall make available, upon written request of the Company or its designee, any records maintained by Consultant regarding any of the Services performed hereunder by Consultant.
