Principal Office; Registered Office. The principal office of the Company shall be at 2701 E. Plano Parkway, #100, Plano, Texas 75074, or such other place as the Board may from time to time designate. The Company may maintain offices at such other place or places as the Board deems advisable. Notification of any change in the principal office of the Company shall be given to all of the Members. Upon expiration of the Term, the Executive shall, at the request of the Board, resign from all offices the Executive may hold as an officer of the Company and from all other appointments or offices that the Executive holds as nominee or representative of the Company other than as a member of the Board.

At any time after notice is given by Employer or Executive to terminate Executive's employment with Employer, Executive shall, at the request of the Board, resign from all offices Executive may hold as a director or officer of Employer and from all other appointments or offices that Executive holds as nominee or representative of Employer.
