Replacement of the Note. Upon receipt by ​ of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Note, ​, at the expense of ​ at its own expense shallrequesting such replacement, will execute and deliver,deliver a new Note executed in lieu thereof, a replacement Note,the same manner as the Note being replaced, in the same principal amount as the unpaid principal amount of such Note and dated and bearing interest from the date to which interest shall have been paid on such lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Note or dated the date of such lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Noteor, if no interest shall have yet been paid thereon.so paid, dated the date of issuance of such Note.
