Increase in Limits. This Contract shall protect the Company for any “Extra Contractual Obligations” which as used herein shall mean any punitive, exemplary, compensatory or consequential damages, other than Loss in Excess of Policy Limits, paid or payable by the Company as a result of an action against it by its insured, its insured’s assignee or a third party claimant, by reason of alleged or actual negligence, fraud or bad faith on the part of the Company in handling a claim under a Policy subject to this Contract.
