Location. During the Term, Executive shall perform his duties under this Agreement at the Company’s headquarters, subject to travel required by Executive’s position and consistent with the reasonable business needs of the Company.

Location. The Executive will be permitted to work from the Executive’s home office in Pennsylvania, provided, however, that the Executive will be required to regularly travel to the Company’s Massachusetts office, consistent with the Company’s business needs and the Executive may be required to travel nationally and internationally for business, consistent with the Company’s business needs, including, without limitation, to the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

Location. Employee’s employment will be based at ​’s corporate headquarters. Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employee’s position, duties and responsibilities will require regular travel, both in ​ U.S. and internationally.

Location. Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, during the Term CFO shall perform the services CFO is required to perform pursuant to this Agreement at the Company’s offices in ​, provided, however, that the Company may from time to time require CFO to travel temporarily to other locations in connection with the Company’s business.

Location. During the Employment Term, consistent with current and past practice, you shall render your services under this Agreement from ​’s executive offices in either the New York metropolitan area or the Los Angeles metropolitan area, except for services rendered during business trips as may be reasonably necessary. You shall not be required to relocate outside of either the New York metropolitan area or the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Work Location. Executive’s principal place of work shall be located in San Diego, California, with such reasonable travel to other locations on Company business consistent with her position as the Company may direct from time to time.

Your employment with Medtronic will continue to be located at Medtronic’s Operating Headquarters in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and subject to business travel appropriate for your duties and responsibilities.

Delivery Location. The Aircraft shall be located at the agreed Delivery Location;

Location of Servers. Are web servers on a separate segment of the network from the application and database servers? If not, explain the reason this has not been done. At ​’s request, ​ shall make reasonable efforts to create this separation.

Location of Collateral All tangible items of Collateral, other than Inventory in transit, shall at all times be kept by Borrowers at the business locations set forth in [Schedule 861], except that Borrowers may # make sales or other dispositions of Collateral in accordance with [Section 10.2.6]; and # move Collateral to another location in the United States or Canada, upon 10 Business Days prior written notice to Agent.

Duties and Location. Executive shall continue to perform such duties as are required by the Company’s [Title], to whom Executive will report. Executive’s primary work location shall continue to be the Company’s headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. The Company reserves the right to reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time, and to require reasonable business travel. The Company may modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Location of Employment. CEO’s principal place of employment shall be at the principal offices of USPB located in Kansas City, Missouri, or at another location as mutually agreed by USPB and CEO.

Identity and Location. (i) Set forth below is a complete, correct and current list of the SPV and all of the Originators, # the legal name of each such entity is correctly set forth below, and such name is the name that appears in the articles of incorporation or other applicable formation documents filed in its jurisdiction of organization, and # the jurisdiction of organization of each such entity is set forth opposite the name of such entity below and such entity is organized solely under the laws of such jurisdiction.

If the 1978 Unit is located elsewhere than at Columbia, this agreement shall remain in full force and effect except as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities; Location. The Executive shall have such duties and responsibilities of the Executive’s Position and such other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably consistent with the Executive’s Position as the Company may request from time to time and Executive shall perform such duties and carry out such responsibilities to the best of the Executive’s ability for the purpose of advancing the business of the Company and its subsidiaries, if any (jointly and severally, “Related Entities”). The Executive shall observe and conform to the applicable policies and directives promulgated from time to time by the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or by any superior officer(s) of the Company. Subject to the provisions of ​ below, the Executive shall devote the Executive’s full time, skill and attention during normal business hours to the business and affairs of the Company and its Related Entities, except for holidays and vacations consistent with applicable Company policy and except for illness or incapacity. The services to be performed by

Work Assignment and Location. The Company may enter into loaned services or secondment agreements requiring that you provide similar services to Company subsidiaries or affiliates. Your job description and additional working conditions are set forth in [Exhibit D].

Any reassignment of Executive to a location greater than 25 miles from the location of his office on the date of the Change in Control, unless such new location is closer to Executive’s primary residence than the location on the date of the Change in Control;

a change in Executive’s principal work location to a work location that is more than 50 miles from the location where Executive was based immediately prior to the Change in Control; or
