Location of Business Records. Its principal place of business is in the State of Oklahoma. It maintains records pertaining to collateral pledged under the Collateral Documents, its business and other contract rights at its notice address as provided in [Section 11.2(a)] herein or at such other address as it designates for such purpose in a written notice to the Administrative Agent.
