Location and Offices. Change its “location” (as such term is defined in the UCC) or move its principal place of business and chief executive office and the offices where it keeps its records concerning or related to the Receivables, to a location or address other than the locations and addresses set forth on [Schedule 6.3(f)] or, upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Company and the Administrator, at such other locations or addresses in jurisdictions where all action required by [Section 7.3] shall have been taken and completed.

The Collateral is and shall remain in the possession or control of the applicable Credit Party at the Permitted Collateral Locations.

Location of Offices. The Borrower’s location (within the meaning of Article 9 of the UCC) is, and at all times has been, the State of Delaware. The Borrower’s Federal Employee Identification Number is correctly set forth on the certificate required pursuant to [Section 3.1(l)]. The Borrower has not changed its name (whether by amendment of its certificate of formation, by reorganization or otherwise) or its jurisdiction of organization and has not changed its location within the four (4) months preceding the Closing Date, except as permitted under and in satisfaction of [Section 5.1(o)(vii)].

Location of Offices. The Borrower’s location (within the meaning of Article 9 of the UCC) is, and at all times has been, the State of Delaware. The Borrower’s Federal Employee Identification Number is correctly set forth on the certificate required pursuant to [Section 3.1(l)]. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower and the offices where the Borrower keeps all Records are located at the addresses referred to in [Schedule H] and have been so for the four months preceding the Closing Date (or at such other locations as to which the notice and other requirements specified in [Section 6.02(i)] shall have been satisfied).

Location of Business and Offices. [Schedule 9.1.22] shows, as of the Closing Date, the name of each Obligor as listed in the public records of its jurisdiction of organization, such Obligor’s organizational identification number in its jurisdiction of organization, and the address for such Obligor’s principal place of business and chief executive office.

Offices. The provisions of [Section 10(a)] will apply to this Agreement.
