Loan Documents contract clause examples

"Loan Documents" shall mean each of the agreements, documents, instruments and certificates from time to time executed and delivered by an Obligor or any of their Subsidiaries for the benefit of the Bank in connection with the Obligations, and all amendments, restatements, supplements and other modifications thereto.

Loan Documents” are, collectively, this Agreement, the Warrants, the Perfection Certificates, each Compliance Certificate, each Disbursement Letter, each Loan Payment/Advance Request Form and any Bank Services

Loan Documents: Any and all documents evidencing, securing, or executed in connection with the Loan, including, without limitation, the Note, the Security Agreement, and this Agreement.

Loan Documents”: This Agreement, the Notes, the Guaranty, the Joinder Agreements and all other documents, instruments or agreements now or hereafter executed or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrowers in connection with the Loans and intended to constitute a Loan Document.

Loan Documents”: this Agreement, the Replacement Facility Amendment, the Security Documents, the Notes, any Incremental Assumption Agreement, and any amendment, waiver, supplement or other modification to any of the foregoing.

Loan Documents” are, collectively, this Agreement and any schedules, exhibits, certificates, notices, and any other documents related to this Agreement, the Subordination Agreement, the Perfection Certificate, the Mezzanine Loan Agreement, any Control Agreement, any Bank Services Agreement, any subordination agreement, any note, or notes or guaranties executed by Borrower or any Guarantor, and any other present or future agreement by Borrower and/or any Guarantor with or for the benefit of Bank, all as amended, restated, or otherwise modified.

Loan Documents” are, collectively, this Agreement and any schedules, exhibits, certificates, notices, and any other documents related to this Agreement, the Warrant, any Bank Services Agreement, any subordination agreement, any note, or notes or guaranties executed by Borrower or any Guarantor, and any other present or future agreement by Borrower and/or any Guarantor with or for the benefit of Bank in connection with this Agreement or Bank Services, all as amended, restated, or otherwise modified.

Loan Documents” shall mean this Agreement (including, without limitation, any amendments to this Agreement), the Collateral Documents, the Custodial Administration Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, each Refinancing Amendment, each Extension Offer and each amendment of any Loan Document in connection therewith, and the Term Notes, if any, executed and delivered pursuant to Section 2.04(e).

Loan Documents. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that each of the Transaction Documents constitutes a "Loan Document" under the Financing Agreement. Accordingly, it shall be an Event of Default under the Financing Agreement if (i) any representation or warranty made by the Company under or in connection with any Transaction Document shall have been untrue, false or misleading in any material respect when made, or (ii) the Company shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any Transaction Document.

Loan Documents” means the documents related to this loan signed by Borrower, any Guarantor, or anyone who pledges collateral.
