Term Loan and Security Agreement. The Company and each Purchaser have entered into that certain Term Loan Security Agreement, an executed copy of which is attached hereto and which is attached hereto as [Exhibit F] (the “Term Loan and Security Agreement”), which provides for the bridge loan to the Company (the “Bridge Loan”). The amount of the Bridge Loan shall be referred to as the “Bridge Loan Amount.”
