Loan Account. Each Lender shall maintain in accordance with its usual practice an account or accounts (a “Loan Account”) evidencing the indebtedness of the Borrowers to such Lender owing to such Lender from time to time, including the amounts of principal and interest payable and paid to such Lender from time to time hereunder.

Loan Account. Each Lender shall maintain in accordance with its usual practice an account or accounts evidencing the Obligations of the Borrowers to such Lender resulting from each Loan made by such Lender, including the amounts of principal and interest payable and paid to such Lender from time to time hereunder.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the failure by any Lender to maintain a Loan Account shall in no way affect the Borrower’s or the applicable Qualified Borrower’s obligations hereunder, including, without limitation, the obligation to repay the Obligations.

Each Lender shall maintain in accordance with its usual practice an account or accounts evidencing the indebtedness of the applicable Borrowers to such Lender resulting from each Loan made by such Lender, including the amounts of principal and interest payable and paid to such Lender from time to time hereunder.

Maintenance of Loan Accounts by Lenders. Each Lender shall maintain in accordance with its usual practice an account or accounts evidencing the indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from each Loan made by such Lender, including the amounts of principal and interest payable and paid to such Lender from time to time hereunder.
