. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Eurocurrency Loans and all selections of Interest Periods shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal Dollar Equivalent amount of the Eurocurrency Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and # no more than ten (10) Eurocurrency Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Eurodollar Loans and all selections of Interest Periods shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $2,500,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and # no more than ten Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time. There shall be no more than three Foreign Currency Tranches outstanding in any single Foreign Currency at any time.

Limitations on Eurocurrency Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Eurocurrency Loans and all selections of Interest Periods with respect thereto and Borrowings of RFR Loans shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal Dollar Equivalent amount of the Eurocurrency Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and # no more than ten (10) Eurocurrency Tranches and RFR Borrowings shall be outstanding at any one time.

Limitations on LIBOR Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of LIBOR Rate Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the LIBOR Rate Loans comprising each LIBOR Tranche shall be equal to $500,000 or integral multiples of $100,000 in excess thereof and # no more than ten (10) LIBOR Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Eurodollar Loans and all selections of Interest Periods shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and # no more than twenty Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Eurodollar Loans and all selections of Interest Periods shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and # no more than ten Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.

Limitations on Eurodollar Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings and continuations of Loans and all selections of Interest Periods shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to [[Unknown Identifier]] or a whole multiple of [[Unknown Identifier]] in excess thereof and # no more than ten (10) Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.

Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all Borrowings, prepayments, conversions and continuations of Revolving Credit Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, # the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans comprising each Tranche of Tranche A Loans and each Tranche of Tranche B Loans shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof or the Dollar Equivalent in an Alternate Currency, and # there shall be no more than fifteen (15) Term Benchmark Tranches and RFR Borrowings outstanding at any one time.

Limitations on Eurodollar Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions and continuations of Eurodollar Loans and all selections of Interest Periods shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, # after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof, and # no more than seven Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.
