Subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4(c) of the Plan, the aggregate number of Shares that may be issued under all Awards under the Plan shall equal 1,000,000 Shares.

Maximum Shares Available. Subject to Section 4(b) and to adjustment as provided in Section 12(a), the number of Shares that may be the subject of Awards and issued under the Plan shall be 1,500,000.1 Shares issued under the Plan may come from authorized and unissued shares or treasury shares.

Subject to [Section 4.3], the aggregate number of Shares which may be issued under this Plan shall be equal to 5,200,000 Shares, all of which may be issued in the form of Incentive Stock Options under the Plan.
