Liens contract clause examples

Liens. Create, assume, or permit to exist any mortgage, security deeds, pledge, lien, charge or other encumbrance on any of the property given as security for the Loan contemplated by this Agreement, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, other than: # the lien of the Deed of Trust; # liens for taxes contested in good faith; and # liens accruing by law for employee benefits.

Liens. The Guarantor shall not create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien upon any of its property, assets or revenues, whether now owned or hereafter acquired (other than Permitted Liens).

Liens. Part B of [Schedule 3.11] is a complete and correct list, as of the Original Effective Date, of each Lien securing Indebtedness of any Person outstanding on the Original Effective Date covering any property of the Borrower or any of the Subsidiary Guarantors, and the aggregate Indebtedness secured (or that may be secured) by each such Lien and the property covered by each such Lien is correctly described in Part B of [Schedule 3.11].

Liens. Tenant, at its sole cost, shall promptly pay and discharge all claims for labor performed, supplies furnished and services rendered at the request of Tenant and shall keep the Premises free of all mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens in connection therewith. Tenant, at its sole cost, shall remove any such lien within 45 days after notice from Landlord, and if Tenant fails to do so, an Event of Default by Tenant shall have occurred, and thereafter, Landlord, without limiting its remedies, may bond, insure over or otherwise pay the amount necessary to cause such removal, whether or not such lien is valid. The amount so paid, together with reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, shall be reimbursed by Tenant upon demand accompanied by reasonable backup documentation.

Liens. Tenant shall fail to discharge or otherwise obtain the release of any lien placed upon the Premises in violation of this Lease within 10 business days after Tenant receives notice that any such lien is filed against the Premises.
