File Search Reports. File search reports have been obtained from each Uniform Commercial Code filing office identified with respect to such Grantor in Section 2 hereof, and such search reports reflect no liens against any of the Collateral other than those permitted under the Credit Agreement or those which have been or will contemporaneously with the initial funding of Loans on the Effective Date be released or terminated.

File Search Reports. To the extent that this Supplemental Perfection Certificate contains an update to Section 2.A or Section 2.B hereto, any necessary or advisable file search reports, as reasonably determined by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in consultation with the Borrower, have been obtained from each Uniform Commercial Code filing office identified with respect to such Grantor in Section 2 of this Supplemental Perfection Certificate, and such search reports reflect no liens against any of the Collateral other than those permitted under the Credit Agreement.

UCC Search Results. Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent search of all effective UCC financing statements (or equivalent filings) made with respect to the Sponsor, Borrower, the Depositor, the Borrower Subsidiaries and the Tax Equity Opcos in all appropriate jurisdictions together with copies of all such filings disclosed by such search.

A Lien search in acceptable scope and with acceptable results;

UCC and tax lien search reports with respect to such Joining Originator;

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Lien search results (consistent with Section 4.1(g)), to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent;

lien search results covering the Loan Parties, dated a date reasonably near to the Closing Date;
