“Lease” means any lease, sublease or subsublease, letting, license, concession or other agreement (whether written or oral and whether now or hereafter in effect) pursuant to which any Person is granted a possessory interest in, or right to use or occupy, all or any portion of any space in any Property, and # every modification, amendment or other agreement relating to such lease, sublease, subsublease or other agreement entered into in connection with such lease, sublease, subsublease or other agreement, and # every guarantee of the performance and observance of the covenants, conditions and agreements to be performed and observed by the other party thereto.

“Lease” shall mean any lease, sublease or subsublease, letting, license, concession or other agreement (whether written or oral and whether now or hereafter in effect) pursuant to which any Person is granted a possessory interest in, or right to use or occupy all or any portion of any space in the Property, and # every modification, amendment or other agreement relating to such lease, sublease, subsublease, or other agreement entered into in connection with such lease, sublease, subsublease, or other agreement and # every guarantee of the performance and observance of the covenants, conditions and agreements to be performed and observed by the other party thereto. As used herein, the term “leases” shall not include Permitted Equipment Leases.

“Leases” means all leases, licenses or other documents providing for the use or occupancy of any portion of any Property, including all amendments, extensions, renewals, supplements, modifications, sublets and assignments thereof and all separate letters or separate agreements relating thereto.

“Lease” means a lease, sublease and/or occupancy or similar agreement under which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is the landlord (or sub-landlord) or lessor (or sub-lessor) the terms of which provide for a Person that is not an Affiliate of the Borrower to occupy or use any Real Property, or any part thereof, whether now or hereafter executed and all amendments, modifications or supplements thereto

“Leases” means any and all leases, subleases, tenancies, options, concession agreements, rental agreements, occupancy agreements, franchise agreements, access agreements and any other agreements (including all amendments, extensions, replacements, renewals, modifications and/or guarantees thereof), whether or not of record and whether now in existence or hereafter entered into, affecting the use or occupancy of all or any portion of any Real Property.
