. If compliant documents shall be presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, the relevant Issuing Lender shall within the period stipulated by the terms and conditions of such Letter of Credit examine such compliant documents. After such examination, the relevant Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Administrative Agent in writing of such demand for payment and if such Issuing Lender has made or will make payment thereunder; provided that any failure to give or delay in giving such notice shall not relieve the Borrower of its obligation to reimburse such Issuing Lender with respect to any such payment. The responsibility of the relevant Issuing Lender to the Borrower in connection with compliant documents presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, in addition to any payment obligation expressly provided for in such Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender, shall be limited to determining that the documents (including each draft) delivered under such Letter of Credit in connection with such presentment appear on their face to be in substantial conformity with the requirements of such Letter of Credit.

. If any documents shall be presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the Borrower of the date and amount thereof. The responsibility of the Issuing Lender to the Borrower in connection with any documents presented for payment under any Letter of Credit shall, in addition to any payment obligation expressly provided for in such Letter of Credit, be limited to determining that the documents delivered under such Letter of Credit in connection with such presentment are substantially in conformity with such Letter of Credit.

Letter of Credit Payments. If any draft shall be presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the relevant Borrower of the date and amount thereof. The responsibility of the Issuing Lender to the relevant Borrower in connection with any draft presented for payment under any Letter of Credit shall, in addition to any payment obligation expressly provided for in such Letter of Credit, be limited to determining that the documents (including each draft) delivered under such Letter of Credit in connection with such presentment are substantially in conformity with such Letter of Credit, subject to Section 5.6.

Letter of Credit Payments. If any draft shall be presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Administrative Agent of the date and the Dollar, Canadian Dollar, or Euro, as applicable, amount thereof. The responsibility of any Issuing Lender to the Borrower in connection with any draft presented for payment under any Letter of Credit shall, in addition to any payment obligation expressly provided for in such Letter of Credit, be limited to determining that the documents (including each draft) delivered under such Letter of Credit in connection with such presentment are substantially in conformity with such Letter of Credit.

Letter of Credit Payments. If any draft shall be presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the relevant Borrower of the date and amount thereof. The responsibility of the Issuing Lender to the relevant Borrower in connection with any draft presented for payment under any Letter of Credit shall, in addition to any payment obligation expressly provided for in such Letter of Credit, be limited to determining that the documents (including each draft) delivered under such Letter of Credit in connection with such presentment are substantially in conformity with such Letter of Credit, subject to Section 5.6.

Letter of Credit Payments. If any documents shall be presented for payment under any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the Borrower of the date and amount thereof. The responsibility of the Issuing Lender to the Borrower in connection with any documents presented for payment under any Letter of Credit shall, in addition to any payment obligation expressly provided for in such Letter of Credit, be limited to determining that the documents delivered under such Letter of Credit in connection with such presentment are substantially in conformity with such Letter of Credit.
