Legend for Restricted Stock Awards. To the extent that ownership of Restricted Stock is evidenced by a book-entry registration or a similar registration, such registration shall be issued yournotated to evidence that restrictions imposed on such Award of Restricted Stock under this Plan and the applicable Award Agreement. If the Company issues, in the name of the Participant to whom the Restricted Stock has been granted, a stock certificate in respect of such shares of Restricted Stock as book entries by the transfer agent, as evidencing ownership of shares of Restricted Stock.
