Fees and Expenses. In any arbitration or action for injunctive relief pursuant to this Agreement except as otherwise required by law, each party shall be responsible for the fees and expenses of its own attorneys and witnesses, and the fees and expenses of the arbitrators shall be divided equally between the Company, on the one hand, and Executive, on the other hand.

The Company will pay the fees and expenses of its own attorneys and witnesses, and the feesdirect costs and expenses of the arbitrators shall be divided equally betweenarbitration, including arbitration and arbitrator fees. Except as otherwise provided by statute, Executive and the Company, onCompany are responsible for their respective attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with enforcing this Agreement. Executive and the one hand, and Executive, onCompany agree that, to the other hand.extent permitted by law, the arbitrator may, in his or her discretion, award reasonable attorneys’ fees to the prevailing party.
