Legal Construction. If one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of the Agreement.

Legal Construction. In the event that any one or more of the terms, provisions, or agreements that are contained in this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect for any reason, the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable term, provision, or agreement shall not affect any other term, provision, or agreement that is contained in this Agreement and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable term, provision, or agreement had never been contained herein.

Legal Construction. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreementshallforanyreasonbeheldtobeinvalid,illegalorunenforceableinanyrespect,such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions thereof, and this Agreementshallbeconstruedasifsuchinvalid,illegal,orunenforceableprovisionhadneverbeen containedherein.

Legal Construction. In the event that any term of this Agreement is held by a court to be invalid in any respect, the invalid term shall not affect any other term that is contained in this Agreement and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if the invalid term had never been contained herein.

Invalid Provisions. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws effective during the term hereof, such provision shall be fully severable; this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part hereof; and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or by its severance from this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be and remain valid and subsisting and the said remaining provisions shall be construed as if this Agreement had been executed without the illegal, invalid or unenforceable portion.

If any provision of this Agreement is or shall become illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be and remain valid and subsisting and the said remaining provisions shall be construed as if this Agreement had been executed without the illegal, invalid or unenforceable portion.

Whenever possible each provision of this agreement shall be interpreted in a manner which makes it effective and valid under applicable law but if any provision of this agreement is held to be illegal invalid or unenforceable under applicable law that illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this agreement all of which shall remain in full force.

In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement or any portions there under is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future law, such provision shall be fully severable, and this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision were never a part hereof, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision, or by its severance; but in any such event this Agreement shall be construed to give effect to the severed provision to the extent legally permissible.
