Lease Term. The terms and provisions of this Lease shall be effective as of the date of this Lease. The term of this Lease (the "Lease Term") shall be as set forth in Section 3.1 of the Summary, shall commence on the date set forth in Section 3.2 of the Summary (the "Lease Commencement Date"), and shall terminate on the date set forth in Section 3.3 of the Summary (the "Lease Expiration Date") unless this Lease is sooner terminated or extended as hereinafter provided. For purposes of this Lease, the term "Lease Year" shall mean each consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Lease Term. At any time during the Lease Term, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice in the form as set forth in [Exhibit C], attached hereto, as a confirmation only of the information set forth therein, which, if accurate, Tenant shall execute and return to Landlord within five (5) days of receipt thereof. If Tenant fails to respond to such notice within such 5-day period, Landlord may send a written “reminder notice”. Tenant's failure to respond to such reminder notice within three (3) business days shall be deemed Tenant’s agreement that the information set forth in such notice is as specified therein. For the avoidance of any doubt, Tenant shall not be deemed to have failed to respond to, and shall not be bound by the information set forth in, a proposed confirmation of lease commencement if Tenant shall timely notify Landlord, in writing, that Tenant disputes any or all of the information set forth therein.

Lease Term. The definition of Lease Term contained in the Sixth Amendment to Lease is hereby deleted. From and after the Effective Date, the “Lease Term” shall be that period of time commencing on ​ and ending on ​ (the “Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease. For the avoidance of doubt, Tenant shall retain the right to renew the Lease Term (as defined in this Section 2) in accordance with Section 12 of the Sixth Amendment to Lease.

Lease Term. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for two (2) additional years and such extension shall commence on November 1, 2019 and shall expire on October 31, 2021. As used in the Lease, “Term” shall mean the Term of the Lease, as extended by this Third Amendment.

Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the term of the Lease with respect to the Expansion Premises shall be the time period commencing on the Expansion Effective Date and expiring on June 30, 2027 (the “Expansion Term”). The term of the Lease with respect to the Existing Premises is hereby extended to expire simultaneously with the Expansion Term.

Lease Term. The term of the Lease for # the Premises (excluding the Fourth Expansion Space) is hereby extended to April 30, 2026 (the “Expiration Date”) and # the Fourth Expansion Space is hereby extended to October 31, 2026 (the “Fourth Expansion Space Expiration Date”). With respect to # the Premises (excluding the Fourth Expansion Space), the period commencing on the Expansion Space Commencement Date and expiring on the Expiration Date is referred to herein as the “Premises First Extension Term”, and # the Fourth Expansion Space, the period commencing on September 1, 2021 and expiring on the Fourth Expansion Space Expiration Date is referred to herein as the “Fourth Expansion Space First Extension Term”.

Lease Term. The period beginning on the Delivery Date and ending on the date that is the last day of the calendar month that is twelve (12) years after the Rent Commencement Date. The Lease Term shall be extended to include any exercised Option Period.

Lease Term. This Lease shall be for the term defined as the Lease Term in Article 1. The Lease Term shall commence on the Delivery Date and shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. of the Expiration Date. Notwithstanding the fact that the Lease Term commences on the Delivery Date, all terms and conditions of this Lease, and all of the obligations of Landlord and Tenant as set forth in this Lease, are binding and of full force and effect from and after the Effective Date.

Landlord shall allow Tenant to have early access to the Premises, without any obligation to pay Base Rent, Operating Expenses or electric utility charges commencing thirty (30) days prior to the Lease Commencement Date pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Tenant Work Letter attached hereto as [Exhibit 1.1].1-2 in order to afford Tenant an opportunity to install its furniture fixtures, equipment, electrical and plumbing installations, and files in connection with preparing the Premises for the conduct of Tenant’s business. For purposes of this Lease, the termLease Year” shall mean the consecutive twelve (12) full month period following and including the Lease Commencement Date and each subsequent twelve (12) month period during the Lease Term; provided, however that the first (1st) Lease Year shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date and end on the last day of the month in which the first (1st) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date occurs (or if the Lease Commencement Date is the first (1st) day of a calendar month, then the first (1st) Lease Year shall end on the day preceding the first (1st) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date), and the second and each succeeding Lease Year shall commence on the first (1st) day of the next calendar month; provided further that the last Lease Year shall end on the Lease Expiration Date (or, if applicable, the last day of the Option Term). At any time during the Lease Term, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice in the form as set forth in [Exhibit 2.1] attached hereto, as a confirmation only of the information set forth therein, which Tenant shall execute (or provide factual correction to) and return to Landlord within ten (10) business days of receipt thereof, but execution of such instrument shall not be a condition to Lease commencement or Tenant’s obligations hereunder, and Tenant’s failure to so execute (or provide factual correction to) such notice shall not be a default hereunder, provided that Tenant’s failure to so execute (or provide factual correction to) such notice within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed Tenant’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of the facts set forth therein.

Lease Term. Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, the Lease Term is renewed and extended for the New Term in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment. Unless otherwise sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease (as amended hereby), the Lease Term shall now expire on the Revised Expiration Date. Tenant acknowledges that the Lease (as amended hereby) contains no right or option whatsoever for Tenant to renew or extend the Lease Term beyond the Revised Expiration Date (except as set forth
