“Arranger”: [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] or any of its Affiliates, in its capacity as joint lead arranger and sole bookrunner (the “Lead Left Arranger”), and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. or any of its Affiliates, in its capacity as joint lead arranger and sole syndication agent.

“Lead Arranger” shall mean [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

“Lead Arranger” means Jefferies in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner under this Agreement.

“Lead Arranger” means Wells Fargo Securities, LLC in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

“Joint Lead Arranger Fee Letters” means, collectively, each fee letter entered into between the Company and a Joint Lead Arranger.

“Lead Arranger” means Rabobank, in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the credit facility under this Agreement.

Lead Selection. The Lead Selection Criteria as of the Effective Date are attached hereto as [Schedule 1.93]. The JRC shall review the Lead Selection Criteria periodically during the Research Term in light of results obtained under the Research Plan and other relevant information. During the Research Term and for a period of ​ days thereafter, a Party shall provide written notice to the JRC of any Collaboration Compound in the event that such Party reasonably believes such Collaboration Compound approximates the Lead Selection Criteria.

“Arranger” means BofA Securities, Inc., in its capacity as lead arranger and bookrunner.

“Arranger” means U.S. Bank, and its successors, in its capacity as Sole Lead Arranger.

“Arranger” means NWFCS in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole book manager.
