“Arranger”: [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] or any of its Affiliates, in its capacity as joint lead arranger and sole bookrunner (the “Lead Left Arranger”), and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. or any of its Affiliates, in its capacity as joint lead arranger and sole syndication agent.

“Lead Arranger” shall mean [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] in its capacity as lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

“Lead Arranger” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], in its capacity as the Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner.

“Lead Arranger” means Jefferies in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner under this Agreement.

“Lead Arranger” means Wells Fargo Securities, LLC in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

“Joint Lead Arranger Fee Letters” means, collectively, each fee letter entered into between the Company and a Joint Lead Arranger.

“Lead Arranger” shall mean [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] Securities, Inc. in its capacity as sole lead arranger in connection with this Agreement.

“Lead Arranger” means [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], in its capacity as sole lead arranger for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Lead Arranger” means Rabobank, in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the credit facility under this Agreement.

“Lead Arranger” means Citizens Bank, in its capacity as lead arranger and bookrunner of the credit facilities established under this Credit Agreement.
