Finance Charges. [[Organization B:Organization]] may, but is not required to, deduct the amount of accrued Finance Charge from Collections received by [[Organization B:Organization]]. Utility Charges. Tenant shall pay, upon demand, for all utilities furnished to the Premises, or if not separately billed to or metered to Tenant, Tenant’s Proportionate Share of all charges jointly serving the Project in accordance with Paragraph 7. All sums payable under this Paragraph 15 shall constitute Additional Rent hereunder.

Restructuring Charges. Adjusted Cash Flow for the last fiscal year of the Performance Period shall be adjusted to eliminate the impact of any restructuring charges and exit-related activities announced by the Company during the last six months of the Performance Period.

Administrative Charges. The administrative cost associated with this Plan may be debited to a Participant’s Account in a manner determined by the Plan Committee or its designee, in its sole discretion.

Special Charges. Special Charges shall mean the expense for special charges reported by the Company as set forth on the audited consolidated statement of operations of the Company and its subsidiaries for the applicable fiscal year.

Impairment Charges. Impairment Charges shall mean the expense for impairment of long-lived assets, if any, reported by the Company as set forth on the audited consolidated statement of operations of the Company and its subsidiaries for the applicable fiscal year.

Charges to Accounts. When a Valuation Date occurs, any distributions made to or on behalf of any Participant or Beneficiary since the last preceding Valuation Date shall be charged to the proper Accounts maintained for that Participant or Beneficiary.
