Language. Participant acknowledges that Participant is sufficiently proficient in the English language, or has consulted with an advisor who is sufficiently proficient in the English language, so as to allow Participant to understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Notice and the Plan. Further, if Participant has received this Agreement, the Notice or the Plan, or any other document related thereto, translated into a language other than the English language, and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English language version, the English language version will control.

Language. If the Grantee has received this RSU Agreement or any other document related to the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control, unless otherwise prescribed by Applicable Laws.

This Agreement is in the English language only, which language shall be controlling in all respects, and all versions hereof in any other language shall be for accommodation only and shall not be binding upon the Parties.
