KYC Information. Promptly following any request therefor, information and documentation reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender for purposes of compliance with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the PATRIOT Act, and any change in its status as exempt from the reporting requirements of the Beneficial Ownership Regulation and, if applicable, deliver to the Administrative Agent or directly to the applicable Lender any additional information (including a Beneficial Ownership Certification) necessary in order to comply with the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.

(x) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least ten days prior to the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date, the Borrower shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the PATRIOT Act, in each case at least 3 Business Days prior to the

KYC Information. (i) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least five (5) days prior to the Closing Date, the Borrowers shall have provided to such Lender, and such Lender shall be reasonably satisfied with, the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the PATRIOT Act, in each case at least five (5) days prior to the Closing Date.

KYC Information. Upon the reasonable request of any Lender at least three (3) days prior to the Closing Date, the Borrowers shall have provided to such Lender # the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the PATRIOT Act, and # if any Credit Party qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, a Beneficial Ownership Certification, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

KYC. The Agents and Lenders shall have received all such documentation and information requested by the Agents and the Lenders that is necessary (including the names and addresses of the Borrower, taxpayer identification forms, name of officers/board members, documents and copies of government-issued identification of the Borrower and each other Loan Party (or owners thereof) for the Agents and the Lenders to identify the Borrower and each other Loan Party (or owners thereof) in accordance with the requirements of the Patriot Act (including the “know your customer” and similar regulations thereunder).

KYC. To the extent reasonably requested at least ten Business Days prior to the Restatement Effective Date by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, the Administrative Agent shall have received, at least three Business Days prior to the Restatement Effective Date, all documentation and other information required by any Governmental Authority under applicable “know-your-customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act and, to the extent any Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, such Borrower shall have delivered to each Lender so requesting a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to such Borrower.

KYC. (i) The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) days prior to the Effective Date, all documentation and other information regarding the Borrower requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, to the extent requested in writing of the Borrower at least ten (10) days prior to the Effective Date and # to the extent the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, at least five (5) days prior to the Effective Date, any Lender that has requested, in a written notice to the Borrower at least ten (10) days prior to the Effective Date, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower shall have received such Beneficial Ownership Certification (provided that, upon the execution and delivery by such Lender of its signature page to this Agreement, the condition set forth in this clause (f) shall be deemed to be satisfied).

KYC. The Agents and Lenders shall have received all such documentation and information requested by the Agents and the Lenders that is necessary (including the names and addresses of the Borrower, taxpayer identification forms, name of officers/board members, documents and copies of government-issued identification of the Borrower and each other Loan Party (or owners thereof) for the Agents and the Lenders to identify the Borrower and each other Loan Party (or owners thereof) in accordance with the requirements of the Patriot Act (including the “know your customer” and similar regulations thereunder).
