Know-Your-Customer. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received such documentation and other evidence as is reasonably requested in order for each to carry out and be satisfied with the results of all necessary “know your customer” or other checks which it is required to carry out in relation to the transactions contemplated by this Amendment, including without limitation obtaining, verifying and recording certain information and documentation that will allow the Agent and each of the Lenders to identify the Incoming Borrower in accordance with the requirements of the Patriot Act.

Know Your Customer Requirements. The Facility Agent shall have received documentation to the satisfaction of each Lender in connection with its know your customer requirements relating to the New Vessel Owning Entities;

Know Your Customer. Promptly upon the request thereof, such other information and documentation required under applicable “know your customer” rules and regulations, the PATRIOT Act or any applicable Anti-Money Laundering Laws or Anti-Corruption Laws, in each case as from time to time reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser.

Know-Your-Customer Requirements. (i) The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) days prior to the Closing Date, all documentation and other information regarding the Borrower requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, to the extent requested in writing of the Borrower at least ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date and # to the extent the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, at least five (5) days prior to the Closing Date, any Lender that has requested, in a written notice to the Borrower at least ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower shall have received such Beneficial Ownership Certification (provided that, upon the execution and delivery by such Lender of its signature page to this Agreement, the condition set forth in this clause (ii) shall be deemed to be satisfied).

Know Your Customer Requirements. (i) All documents, certificates, and other information requested by each Lender pursuant to Section 9.13 and # at least three days prior to the Effective Date, any Borrower that qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation shall deliver a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to such Borrower.

Know Your Customer. Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least ten days prior to the Closing Date, the Borrower shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the Act, in each case at least five days prior to the Closing Date. Upon the request of any Lender made at least five days prior to the Closing Date, if the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, it shall deliver a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower.

Know-Your-Customer Requirements. At least five (5) days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received all documentation and other information about the Loan Parties as shall have been reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or such Lender to the extent requested at least ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date that they shall have reasonably determined is required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including without limitation, the Patriot Act, the Australian AML Act and the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.

Know Your Customer Requirements. All documents, certificates, and other information requested by each Lender pursuant to Section 10.13.
