Keeping of Books contract clause examples

Keeping of Books. Keep, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep, proper books of record and account, in which full and correct entries shall be made of all financial transactions and the assets and business of the Company and each such Subsidiary materially in accordance with, and to the extent required by, GAAP.

Keeping of Records and Books of Account. Maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures (including, without limitation, an ability to re-create records evidencing Receivables it generates in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain all documents, books, records and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of such Receivables (including, without limitation, records adequate to permit the daily identification of each new Receivable and all Collections of and adjustments to each existing Receivable).

Keeping of Records and Books of Account. The Servicer will maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures (including an ability to recreate records evidencing Receivables, including the Servicer Files, in the event of the destruction of the originals thereof), and keep and maintain all documents, books, records and other information reasonably necessary or advisable for the collection of all Receivables, including the Servicer Files.

Keeping of Books. (i) Keep, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep, proper books of record and account, in which true and correct entries (in all material respects) shall be made of all material financial transactions and the assets and business of such Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries and # maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, a system of accounting established and maintained in conformity, in all material respects, with GAAP in effect from time to time.

Keeping of Books. Each of the Borrowers shall, and shall cause each of the other Project Credit Parties to, keep proper books of record and account, in which full and correct entries shall be made of all financial transactions and the assets and business of such Borrower or other Project Credit Party in accordance with GAAP consistently applied.
