Issuing Bank contract clause examples

LC Commitment” means, as to any Issuing Bank, the maximum permitted amount of the LC Exposure that may be attributable to Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank. The initial amount of each Issuing Bank’s LC Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 2.01] or in such Issuing Bank’s Issuing Bank Agreement. The LC Commitment of any Issuing Bank may be increased or decreased by an agreement between the Borrower and such Issuing Bank.

LC Commitment” means, as to any Issuing Bank, the maximum permitted amount of the LC Exposure that may be attributable to Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank. The initial amount of each Issuing Bank’s LC Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 2].05B or in such Issuing Bank’s Issuing Bank Agreement. The LC Commitment of any Issuing Bank may be increased or decreased by an agreement in writing between the Company and such Issuing Bank.

LC Commitment” means, with respect to any Issuing Bank, the maximum permitted amount of the LC Exposure that may be attributable to Letters of Credit that, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, are required to be issued by such Issuing Bank. The amount of each Issuing Bank’s LC Commitment # is as set forth on [Schedule 2.05] or, in the case of any Issuing Bank that becomes an “Issuing Bank” hereunder pursuant to [Section 2.05(j)], as set forth in a written agreement referred to in such Section or # is such other maximum permitted amount with respect to any Issuing Bank as may have been agreed in writing (and notified in writing to the Administrative Agent) by such Issuing Bank and the Borrower.

LC Commitment” means, with respect to each Issuing Bank, the commitment of such Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit hereunder. The initial amount of each Issuing Bank’s LC Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 2.01], or if an Issuing Bank has entered into an Assignment and Assumption, the amount set forth for such Issuing Bank as its LC Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent.

Commitment” means the commitment of the Issuing Bank (and any assignee of the Issuing Bank under Section 8.04) to issue Letters of Credit hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate amount of the LC Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be # reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to Section 2.03 and # reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to the Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 8.04. The amount of the Issuing Bank’s Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 1.01(b)] hereto, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Issuing Bank shall have assumed its Commitment, as applicable. The amount of the Commitment as of the First Amendment Effective Date is $100,000,000175,000,000.

“L/C Commitment” means, with respect to the L/C Issuers, the commitment of the L/C Issuers to issue Letters of Credit hereunder. The initial amount of each L/C Issuer’s L/C Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 2.03]. The L/C Commitment of any L/C Issuer may be modified from time to time by agreement between the applicable L/C Issuer and the Parent Borrower and notified to the Administrative Agents.

“L/C Commitment” means the obligation of the Issuing Lender to issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrower from time to time in an aggregate amount equal the amount set forth opposite the name of the Issuing Lender on [Schedule 1.1], as such amount may be changed after the Closing Date in a written agreement between the Borrower and the Issuing Lender (which such agreement shall be promptly delivered to the Administrative Agent upon execution); provided that the L/C Commitment with respect to any Person that ceases to be an Issuing Lender for any reason pursuant to the terms hereof shall be $0 (subject to the Letters of Credit of such Person remaining outstanding in accordance with the provisions hereof).

“L/C Commitment” means, with respect to each L/C Issuer, the commitment of the L/C Issuer to issue Letters of Credit hereunder. The initial amount of each L/C Issuer’s Letter of Credit Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 2.03], or if an L/C Issuer has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed an L/C Commitment after the Closing Date, the amount set forth for such L/C Issuer as its L/C Commitment in the Register maintained by the [[Lenders:Organization]]. The Letter of Credit Commitment of an L/C Issuer may be modified from time to time by agreement between such L/C Issuer and the [[Borrower:Organization]], and notified to the [[Lenders:Organization]].

“L/C Commitment”: as to any Issuing Bank, the obligation of such Issuing Bank to provide Letters of Credit hereunder in an amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Bank’s name on [Schedule III] under the caption “L/C Commitment Amount”, as such amount may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

“Issuing Bank Commitment” means, with respect to each Issuing Bank, the commitment of such Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit hereunder. The initial amount of each Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment is set forth on [Schedule 1.1.3], or if an Issuing Bank has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or a Commitment and Acceptance, the amount set forth for such Issuing Bank as its Letter of Credit Commitment in the Assignment and Assumption or Commitment and Acceptance. Each Issuing Bank’s Issuing Bank Commitment may be decreased or increased from time to time with the written consent of [[Borrowers:Organization]], the Administrative Agent and such Issuing Bank (provided that any increase in the Letter of Credit Commitment with respect to any Issuing Bank, or any decrease in the Letter of Credit Commitment to an amount not less than any Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment as of the Restatement Effective Date, shall only require the consent of the Borrower and such Issuing Bank).
