Conflict with Issuer Documents. In the event of any conflict between the terms hereof and the terms of any Issuer Document, the terms hereof shall control.

Conflict with Issuer Documents. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in any Issuer Document, in the event of any conflict between the terms hereof and the terms of any Issuer Document, the terms hereof shall control.

Documents. Seller has delivered, or made available, to Buyer true and complete copies of all of the Documents in its possession or reasonable control.

Documents. All documents, records, tapes and other media of any kind or description relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates (the “Documents”), whether or not prepared by you, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. The Documents, and any copies, shall be returned to the Company upon your termination of employment for any reason or at such earlier time as the Board of Directors of the Company or its designees may specify.

Documents. Copies of documents, computer files, and computer printouts requested by Purchaser related to the Portfolio Residuals and merchants associated therewith.

Documents. The form and substance of all documents and instruments which Borrower is required to deliver to the Lender under this Agreement shall be subject to the Lender’s reasonable approval.

Documents. Lender shall have received in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, the documents listed in the Loan Disbursement Instructions, and an Accounts Receivable Aging Statement for Borrower as of August 31, 2018.

Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent:

Documents. The Plan consists of the Plan document as set forth herein, and any amendment thereto. Certain provisions relating to the Plan and its operation are contained in the corresponding Trust Agreement (or documents establishing any other funding vehicle for the Plan), and any amendments, supplements, appendices and riders to any of the foregoing.

The Administrative Agent shall have received on or before the Closing Date this Agreement, the Notes, and, to the extent not otherwise specifically referenced in this Section 6.1(a), all other Loan Documents and agreements, documents and instruments described in the List of Closing Documents attached hereto as Exhibit E and made a part hereof, each duly executed and in recordable form, where appropriate, and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent; without limiting the foregoing, the Borrower hereby directs its legal counsel to prepare and deliver to the Agents and the Lenders, the legal opinions referred to in such List of Closing Documents.
