“Environmental Claim” means any claim, proceeding, formal notice or investigation by any person in respect of any Environmental Law.

“Environmental Claim” means any investigation, notice, notice of violation, claim, action, suit, proceeding, formal noticedemand, abatement order or investigationother order or directive (conditional or otherwise), by any personGovernmental Authority or any other Person, arising (a) pursuant to or in respectconnection with any actual or alleged violation of any Environmental Law.Law or actual or alleged Environmental Liability; (b) in connection with any Hazardous Material or any actual or alleged Hazardous Materials Activity; or (c) in connection with any actual or alleged damage, injury, threat or harm to natural resources, the environment or human health and safety as a result of exposure to Hazardous Materials.

“Environmental Claim” meansshall mean any claim, proceeding, formal noticeand all actions, suits, demands, demand letters, claims, liens, notices of non-compliance or investigation byviolation, notices of liability or potential liability, investigations, proceedings, consent orders or consent agreements relating in any person in respect ofway to any Environmental Law.Law or any Hazardous Material.
