Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement will be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law. The parties agree that # the provisions of this Agreement shall be severable in the event that any of the provisions hereof are for any reason whatsoever invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, # such invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable provisions shall be automatically replaced by other provisions which are as similar as possible in terms to such invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable provisions but are valid and enforceable and # the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.3Severability. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement willshall be interpreted in such manner as to be effectivevalid and valid under applicable law. The parties agree that # the provisionsenforceable, but if any provision of this Agreement shall be severable inheld to be prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law # such provision shall be deemed amended to accomplish the event that anyobjectives of the provisions hereof are for any reason whatsoever invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, # such invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable provisions shall be automatically replaced by other provisions which areprovision as similar as possible in terms to such invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable provisions but are valid and enforceable and # the remaining provisions shall remain enforceableoriginally written to the fullest extent permitted by law.law, and # all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
