Invalid Provision. If any provision of this Amendment is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future laws effective during the term of the Amendment, such provision shall be fully severable and this Amendment shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of this Amendment and the remaining provisions of this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or by its severance from this Amendment, unless such continued effectiveness of this Amendment, as modified, would be contrary to the basic understandings and intentions of the parties as expressed herein.

Severability. If any provision of any of this Amendment is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be fully severable and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed without giving effect to the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provisions.

Severability of Provisions. If any provision of this Amendment is for any reason held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision of this Amendment.

Severability. Each provision of this Amendment shall be considered severable and if for any reason any provision or provisions herein are determined to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal under any existing or future law, such invalidity, unenforceability or illegality shall not impair the operation of or affect those portions of this Amendment that are valid, enforceable and legal.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws, such provision shall be fully severable; this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of this Agreement; and, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or by its severance from this Agreement.

Invalidity. If at any time any provision of this Amendment shall be adjudged by any court or other competent tribunal to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and the parties hereto will use their best efforts to revise the invalid provision so as to render it enforceable in accordance with the intention expressed in this Amendment.

In the event any one or more of the provisions contained in this Amendment should be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby (it being understood that the invalidity of a particular provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not in and of itself affect the validity of such provision in any other jurisdiction).

Severability. In the event that any provision of this Amendment becomes or is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, this Amendment shall continue in full force and effect without said provision, provided that no such severability shall be effective if it materially changes the economic benefit of this Amendment to any party.

Section # Severability. If any provision of this Amendment is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Amendment shall not be affected or impaired thereby. The invalidity of a provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
