Interpolated Screen Rate: If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR or, if applicable, EURIBOR for the Interest Period of a Loan, the applicable LIBOR or EURIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan.

(if no Screen Rate is available for the Interest Period) the applicable Interpolated Screen Rate for such Loan,

and if, in each case, that rate is less than zero, EURIBOR shall be deemed to be zero.

“Interpolated Rate” means, in relation to the LIBO Screen Rate, the rate which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:

“Interpolated Rate” means, in relation to the EURIBO Screen Rate, the rate which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:

the LIBO Screen Rate for the shortest period (for which the LIBO Screen Rate is available) that exceeds the applicable period, in each case as of the time the Interpolated Rate is otherwise required to be determined in accordance with this Agreement; provided that if any Interpolated Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement.

the Term of a Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Screen Rate,

"Interpolated Screen Rate" means, in relation to any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:

“Interpolated Rate” means, at any time, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the LIBO Screen Rate) determined by the Administrative Agent (which determination shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error) to be equal to the rate that results from interpolating on a linear basis between: # the LIBO Screen Rate for the longest period (for which the LIBO Screen Rate is available) that is shorter than the Impacted Interest Period and # the LIBO Screen Rate for the shortest period (for which the LIBO Screen Rate is available) that exceeds the Impacted Interest Period, in each case, at such time.
