Non-Interference. During Executive’s Employment Period and the Coverage Period, Executive agrees that Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, induce or encourage any Business Partner or other third party, including any provider of goods or services to the Company, to terminate or diminish its business relationship with the Company; nor will Executive take any other action that could, directly or indirectly, be detrimental to the Company’s relationships with its Business Partners and providers of goods or services or other business affiliates or that could otherwise interfere with the Company’s business.

Non-Interference.Interference with Business Relationships. During Executive’s Employment Periodemployment and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Coverage Period, Executive agrees thattermination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall not,not (other than in furtherance of Executive’s legitimate job duties on behalf of the Company), directly or indirectly, induceon Executive’s own behalf or encouragefor any Business Partnerother Person, induce, or other third party, includingattempt to induce, any providercustomer, investor, or strategic partner of goodsthe Company Group to reduce or services to the Company, to terminate or diminish itscease doing business relationship with the Company; nor will Executive take any other action that could, directlyCompany Group, or indirectly, be detrimental to the Company’s relationships with its Business Partners and providers of goods or services or other business affiliates or that could otherwise interfere with the Company’s business.relationship between such entity and the Company Group.

Non-Interference. DuringThe Executive covenants and agrees that while the Executive is employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of the Executive’s Employment Period andemployment with the Coverage Period, Executive agrees thatCompany for any reason, the Executive shall not, without the prior written approval of the Company, directly or indirectly, induceeither on behalf of the Executive or encourage any Business Partnerother person or other third party, including any provider of goods or services to the Company, to terminate or diminish its business relationshipentity, Interfere with the Company; nor will Executive takeCompany or any other action that could, directly or indirectly, be detrimental to the Company’s relationships withof its Business Partners and providers of goods or services or other business affiliates or that could otherwise interfere with the Company’s business.Related Entities.
