The Interest Period for the Loan is three (3) Months or any other period agreed between the Borrower and the Lender.

The Interest Period for an Advance (subject to paragraph # below and/or as otherwise agreed by the Lender) shall be three months.

Each Interest Period for a Loan will be one Month (or any other period, subject to availability, agreed by the Borrower and the Agent (acting on the instructions of all the Lenders)).
