Interest Periods. After giving effect to all Term Borrowings, all conversions of Term Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Term Loans as the same Type, all Revolving Borrowings, all conversions of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Revolving Loans as the same Type, there shall not be more than twelve (12) Interest Periods in effect with respect to Eurodollar RateTerm SOFR Loans.

If Revolving Loans are being continued as or converted to Eurodollar Revolving Loans, the duration of the new Interest Period that commences on the conversion/ continuation date: ​ days/month(s)

Interest Periods. The Borrowers shall not request that Term SOFR Loans be outstanding for more than six different Interest Periods at the same time.

Interest Periods. After giving effect to all Term Borrowings, all conversions of Term Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Term Loans as the same Type, there shall not be more than five (5) Interest Periods in effect in respect of the Term Facility. After giving effect to all Revolving Borrowings, all conversions of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Revolving Loans as the same Type, there shall not be more than five (5) Interest Periods in effect in respect of the Revolving Facility. With respect to each Incremental Term Facility, after giving effect to all Incremental Term Borrowings, all conversions of Incremental Term Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Incremental Term Loans as the same Type, there shall not be more than five (5) Interest Periods in effect in respect of such Incremental Term Facility.

If Revolving Loans are being continued as or converted to Eurodollar Revolving Loans, the duration of the new Interest Period that commences on the conversion/ continuation date: ​ days/month(s)

Interest Periods. After giving effect to all Revolving Borrowings, all conversions of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, and all continuations of Revolving Loans as the same Type, there shall not be more than ten (10) Interest Periods in effect in respect of the Revolving Facility.

Interest Periods. In connection with each LIBOR Rate Loan, the Borrower, by giving notice at the times described in [Section 2.2 or 4.2]2], as applicable, shall elect an interest period (each, an “Interest Period”) to be applicable to such LIBOR Rate Loan, which Interest Period shall be a period of one (1), two (2), three (3) or six (6) months or, if agreed by all of the relevant Lenders, twelve (12) months; provided that:

Interest Periods. At any time when the Borrowers shall select any RFR Advance, or convert to or renew a Term RFR Option with respect to Advances denominated in Affected Currencies, the Borrowers shall notify the Agent thereof at least four (4) Business Days prior to the effective date of # the selection of such Daily Simple RFR Option or such Term RFR Option, or # the conversion to or renewal of such Term RFR Option, in each case, by delivering a request for an Advance. The notice shall specify an Interest Period during which such Interest Rate Option shall apply. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the following provisions shall apply to any selection of, renewal of, or conversion to a Term RFR Option:

Interest Periods. Borrowers shall select an interest period (“Interest Period”) of one, three or six months (in each case, subject to availability) to apply to each BSBY Loan; provided, that # the Interest Period shall begin on the date the Loan is made or continued as, or converted into, a BSBY Loan, and shall expire on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month at its end; # if any Interest Period begins on a day for which there is no corresponding day in the calendar month at its end or if such corresponding day falls after the last Business Day of the end month, then the Interest Period shall expire on such month’s last Business Day; and if any Interest Period would otherwise expire on a day that is not a Business Day, the period shall expire on the next Business Day; and # no Interest Period shall extend beyond the Termination Date.
