Interest Election Requests. To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.3, the Borrower shall notify the Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Request for Advance would be required under Section 2.2 if the Borrower were requesting a Loan of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election (each such telephonic request is referred to herein as an “Interest Election Request”). Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or e-mail to the Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of Exhibit D and signed by the Borrower.

Interest Election Requests. To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.3], the Borrower shall notify the Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Request for Advance would be required under [Section 2.2] if the Borrower were requesting a Loan of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election (each such telephonic request is referred to herein as an “Interest Election Request”). Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or e-mail to the Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of [Exhibit D] and signed by the Borrower.

Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or e-mail to the Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of [Exhibit D] attached to the Second Amendment and signed by Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or facsimile or, subject to [Section 12.01(b)], e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of [Exhibit C] and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this [Section 2.06], the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, telecopy or other electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of [Exhibit D] or otherwise acceptable to the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly (but in any event on the same Business Day[[Borrower:Organization]] by hand delivery, fax or other electronic transmission (including by “.pdf” or “.tif”) to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in the form of Exhibit D and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic interest election request shall be irrevocable and shall be promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of a written Interest Election Request signed by the Borrower, which shall be consistent with such telephonic notice.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or email of a properly executed PDF to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the applicable Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under [Section 2.03] and/or Section 2.13 if the applicable Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the applicable Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall give notice (which notice may be given by telephone, to be confirmed in writing as set forth below) to the Administrative Agent of such election by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be made (or, in the case of any telephonic Interest Election Request, shall be confirmed promptly) by hand delivery, facsimile or electronic transmission of a “pdf” or similar copy to the Administrative Agent of an executed written Interest Election Request. Each telephonic and written Interest Election Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:
