INTEREST CALCULATION METHOD. Interest on this Note is computed on a 365/360 basis; that is, by applying the ratio of the interest rate over a year of 360 days, multiplied by the outstanding principal balance, multiplied by the actual number of days the principal balance is outstanding, unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on a per diem basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be. All interest payable under this Note is computed using this method.

Interest on this Note is computed on a 365/366 simple interest basis; that is, by applying the ratio of the interest rate over the number of days in a year, multiplied by the outstanding principal balance, multiplied by the actual number of days the principal balance is outstanding. All interest payable under this Note is computed using this method.

The annual interest rate for this Note shall be computed on a 365/360 basis; that is, by applying the ratio of the annual interest rate over a year of 360 days, multiplied by the outstanding principal balance, multiplied by the actual number of days the principal balance is outstanding. Borrower will pay Bank at Bank’s address shown above or at such other place as Bank may designate in writing.

All computations of interest and other Fees hereunder are computed on a 365/360 basis; that is, by applying the ratio of the interest rate over a year of 360 days, multiplied by the outstanding principal balance, multiplied by the actual number of days the principal balance is outstanding.

Interest will be calculated assuming each month contains thirty (30) days and each calendar year contains three hundred sixty (360) days. In the event of a partial month, however, interest for such partial month will be calculated based on the actual number of days the principal balance of this Note is outstanding in the month and the actual number of days in the calendar year.

Interest. The unpaid Principal Amount of this Note shall earn interest calculated on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days of each year (365 or 366), from and including the date the proceeds of this Note are disbursed to, but not including, the date all amounts hereunder are paid in full, at a rate per year which shall be:
