Intellectual Property. Intellectual Property or “IP” means any invention, modification, discovery, design, development, improvement, process, software program, work of authorship, documentation, formula, data, design, graphic, user interface, workflow, technique, know-how, trade secret, trademark, logo, slogan, trade dress, idea, or other intellectual property right whatsoever or any interest therein, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright, trademark, or similar protections.

Intellectual Property. "Intellectual Property" or "IP" means any and all intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world, whether existing under statute or at common law or equity, now or hereafter in force or recognized, including know-how, processes (including manufacturing and test), computer programs, computer models, technical data, designs, prototypes, components, packaging, inventions, discoveries, techniques, improvements, modifications, technical information, test results and all Patents, Copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, designs, trade dress, moral rights, mask works and other proprietary rights related thereto whether or not registered.

Intellectual Property” refers to proprietary methods, discoveries, inventions (whether or not patentable), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, compositions, products, procedures, know-how, data, reports, programs, processes, protocols, written or electronic writings, illustrations, images, and any other form of proprietary rights.

Intellectual Property” means any idea, concept, design, suggestion, discovery, invention, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property of any nature, including computer graphics, programs, and/or algorithms, processes, diagrams, know-how, drawings, notes, memoranda, digital representations, illustrations, videos, photographs, and/or pictorial representations of any nature. “Inventions” means all discoveries, developments, designs, improvements, formulas, and processes.

Intellectual Property” means any and all Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), algorithms, software programs (including source code and object code), processes, product designs, industrial designs, blueprints, drawings, data, URLs and domain names, specifications, documentations, reports, catalogs, literature, and any other forms of technology or proprietary information of any kind, including all rights therein and all applications for registration or registrations thereof.

"Intellectual Property" means any and all Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), algorithms, software programs (including source code and object code), processes, product designs, industrial designs, blueprints, drawings, data, customer lists, URLs and domain names, specifications, documentations, reports, catalogs, literature, and any other forms of technology or proprietary information of any kind, including all rights therein and all applications for registration or registrations thereof.

Intellectual Property means any invention, patents, copyright, rights in circuit layouts, designs, moral rights, trade and service marks (including goodwill in those marks), domain Names, business Names, know-how, including but not limited to any software, original design or the practical application of a good idea or proprietary knowledge.

Intellectual Property” means all intellectual property of every kind and nature, including rights in inventions, designs, utility models, Patents, Copyrights, Licenses, Trademarks, trade secrets, domain names, confidential or proprietary technical and business information, know-how, show-how, software and databases and all embodiments or fixations thereof and applications therefor, and related documentation, registrations and franchises, and all additions, improvements and accessions to, and books and records describing or used in connection with, any of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property” shall mean inventions, developments, discoveries, writings, trade secrets, Know-How, methods, practices, procedures, designs, improvements and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any Patent Rights, or copyrights based thereon.
