“Intellectual Property” includes computer software, letters, patents, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered designs), designs, utility models, copyrights (including design copyright applications for any of the foregoing and the right to apply for them in any part of the world), discoveries, creations, inventions or improvements on, or additions to, an invention, Confidential Information, know-how and any research (whether registered or not), moral rights and any similar rights in any country.
“Intellectual Property” means all intellectual property of every kind and nature, including rights in inventions, designs, utility models, Patents, Copyrights, Licenses, Trademarks, trade secrets, domain names, confidential or proprietary technical and business information, know-how, show-how, software and databases and all embodiments or fixations thereof and applications therefor, and related documentation, registrations and franchises, and all additions, improvements and accessions to, and books and records describing or used in connection with, any of the foregoing.
“Intellectual Property” means all rights in, arising out of or associated with the following in any jurisdiction throughout the world, whether registered or unregistered: Patents, Copyrights, internet domain names, Software, Marks, trade secrets and other confidential business information, including without limitation, customers lists, know-how, procedures, techniques, ideas, unpatented concepts or Inventions, models, algorithms, formulae, compilations, data collections, technical information and data, research and development information, market research information, business plans, and other rights.
“Intellectual Property” shall mean all intellectual property rights of every kind, including all: # patents, patent applications, patent disclosures and inventions (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice); # trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, logos and corporate names (in each case, whether registered or unregistered) and registrations and applications for registration thereof; # copyrights (registered or unregistered), and registrations and applications for registration thereof, including trading procedure materials, business operational materials, and other process flow instructional materials, whether electronic or hard copy; # computer software, data, databases and documentation thereof; # trade secrets and other confidential or proprietary information (including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, scheduling and trading processes and techniques, development information, drawings, specifications, designs, plans, proposals, technical data, works (whether or not copyrightable), customer and supplier lists and information, pricing and cost information, and business and marketing plans and proposals); # URLs and domain name registrations; # works of authorship including, without limitation, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, documentation, designs, files, records, data and mask works and any rights in semiconductor masks, layouts, architectures or topography; and # goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.
“Intellectual Property” means any: (i) Patents; (ii) Marks; (iii) Copyrights; (iv) Confidential Information and trade secrets, including confidential research and development, know-how, formulas, compositions, manufacturing and production processes and techniques, methods, schematics, technology, technical data, designs, drawings, flowcharts, block diagrams, specifications, customer and supplier lists, pricing and cost information, and business and marketing plans and proposals, all inventions (whether patentable or not), invention disclosures, databases and data collections, and all documentation relating to any of the above; (v) software or computer programs, internet uniform resource locators, domain names, databases, subroutines, user interfaces, techniques, URLs, web sites and data collections and all rights in such software; (vi) all moral and economic rights of authors and inventors, however denominated; (vii) all unregistered rights in copyright to print or electronic publications and content; (viii) all other forms of technology (whether or not embodied in any tangible form and including all tangible embodiments of the above such as instruction manuals, prototypes, samples, studies, and summaries); (ix) any similar or equivalent rights to any of the above; and (x) licenses and agreements pursuant to which a Person has acquired rights in or to any of the above or licenses or agreements pursuant to which a Person has licensed or transferred the right to use any of the above[[Parties:Organization]]
“Intellectual Property” means all of the following whether arising under the laws of the United States or any other country: # inventions (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice), and patents and utility models and applications therefor and reissues, divisions, re-examinations, renewals, extensions, provisionals, continuations and continuations in part thereof (collectively, “Patents”); # trade secrets, know-how and confidential or proprietary information, including data and databases, methodologies and processes (collectively, “Know-How”); # works of authorship, including software, firmware, source code, object code, application programming interfaces, architectures, files, records, schematics and related specifications and documentation, copyrights and applications and registrations therefor; and # any similar, corresponding or equivalent rights to any of the foregoing anywhere in the world. Any works of authorship or copyright hereunder includes all rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as "moral rights" (collectively "Moral Rights"). For the avoidance of doubt, Intellectual Property excludes trademarks, service marks, trade names, service names, trade dress, logos, domain names and other identifiers of the source or origin of goods and services, and any rights, registrations or applications associated therewith.
