Intellectual Property. "Intellectual Property" or "IP" means any and all intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world, whether existing under statute or at common law or equity, now or hereafter in force or recognized, including know-how, processes (including manufacturing and test), computer programs, computer models, technical data, designs, prototypes, components, packaging, inventions, discoveries, techniques, improvements, modifications, technical information, test results and all Patents, Copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, designs, trade dress, moral rights, mask works and other proprietary rights related thereto whether or not registered.

Intellectual Property. Intellectual Property or “IP” means any invention, modification, discovery, design, development, improvement, process, software program, work of authorship, documentation, formula, data, design, graphic, user interface, workflow, technique, know-how, trade secret, trademark, logo, slogan, trade dress, idea, or other intellectual property right whatsoever or any interest therein, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright, trademark, or similar protections.

"Intellectual Property" means any and all Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), algorithms, software programs (including source code and object code), processes, product designs, industrial designs, blueprints, drawings, data, customer lists, URLs and domain names, specifications, documentations, reports, catalogs, literature, and any other forms of technology or proprietary information of any kind, including all rights therein and all applications for registration or registrations thereof.

Intellectual Property Rights” or “IP” means any and all rights arising from or under any of the following, whether protected, created or arising under the laws of the United States of America or any other jurisdiction: patents (including, but not limited to, any applications, extensions, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reexaminations, reissues, and renewals related thereto), copyrights (including, but not limited to, any applications, registrations and renewals related thereto), trademarks and service marks (including, but not limited to, applications, registrations, and renewals related thereto), trade dress, trade names, trade secret and know-how and any other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any nature, by whatever name or term known or however designated.

Intellectual Property” means any and all Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), algorithms, software programs (including source code and object code), processes, product designs, industrial designs, blueprints, drawings, data, URLs and domain names, specifications, documentations, reports, catalogs, literature, and any other forms of technology or proprietary information of any kind, including all rights therein and all applications for registration or registrations thereof.

Intellectual Property” means patents (whether patentable or not), trade secrets, know-how, confidential or proprietary information, technical data, trademarks, service marks, design rights, copyright or any other intellectual property right which may subsist anywhere in the world, whether capable of grant, registration or not.

Intellectual Property” means all intellectual property of every kind and nature, including rights in inventions, designs, utility models, Patents, Copyrights, Licenses, Trademarks, trade secrets, domain names, confidential or proprietary technical and business information, know-how, show-how, software and databases and all embodiments or fixations thereof and applications therefor, and related documentation, registrations and franchises, and all additions, improvements and accessions to, and books and records describing or used in connection with, any of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property” means all Patent Rights, rights to Inventions, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, trade secrets, Know-How, materials, and all other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) and all applications and rights to apply for any of the foregoing anywhere in the world.
