Intellectual Property. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as an assignment or grant of any right, title or interest in any trademark, copyright, design, trade name, patent right or other intellectual property right.

Intellectual Property. Except to the extent expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, neither party will acquire any right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property Rights belonging to the other party, or to the other party’s licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute the grant of any license or other right in either Party, to or in respect of any Licensed Product, patent, trademark, Confidential Information, trade secret or other data or any other intellectual property of the other Party, except as expressly set forth herein.
